Empowering Young Minds Through Arts Education
“We believe that arts education is critical for young people to foster creativity, critical thinking and emotional development. Learning about history and human development through theater cultivates an awareness of oneself, the world and human relations to each other.”
Through the Broadway Legacy Foundation we focus on in-person interactive experiences onsite at the Museum of Broadway as well as in the classroom.
Educational Workshops
We have curated a series of educational workshops for students K-12 to take a deep dive into the magic of Broadway. Hosted at the Museum of Broadway, this immersive experience is taught by engaging Broadway Teaching Artists who explore well-curated programs surrounding the timeline of game changing musicals that shape the way we enjoy theater today.
Educational Workbook & In-Class Room Curriculum
We work with some of the most experienced professors and educators in theater studies across the country to develop curriculum that fellow teachers can utilize in the classroom to further arts education. We have launched an Educator Workbook as a companion to a visit to the Museum of Broadway and we are expanding on this program even further! Contact us to gain access to the workbook for your school!
